Well as you all already know Ryan and I are engaged. This happened on May 15, 2011. We are SO very excited! The date is set May 2012. (it gives my sweet Mom a year to plan :) Oh yes, so I was thinking.... I love to read newlyweds and newlyparents blogs and thought HEY I get to make my own! So here it is.
My bestest friend ever, Elise brought me 4 bridal magazines, an awesome bag, and a canvas that says "The best is yet to come" the day after I got engaged! She was on the ball! I'm so thankful she is in my life.
Since May 15 we have gone to California to visit Ryan's biological mom and family. We had a blast. 10 days is a long time to be away from home though. But it was alot of fun and I got to meet alot of people!
My Mimi (dad's mom) called me yesterday so excited. And when I asked her what was up this is what she replied: "I just went to a wedding of a girl at my church and on their tables at the reception were these really cute candle things and every single one of them had a "B" on it. And so I went to the bride and asked her where she got them and she told me I could have them!" I laughed hysterically and then got so excited that my Mimi is so forceful :)
So if anyone knows me fairly well, you know that I have my own photography business called Casey Marie Photography, and I do well for myself. Well it has somewhat became a curse........ Now I have to choose a photographer for the wedding. SO STRESSFUL! I have contacted about 6 photographers so far. Today I will be meeting a photographer for lunch to discuss the wedding. Whew.... I will be glad when this part is over.
One more thing before I go. I applied for nursing school at Jeff State and Lawson. I start in August at one or the other.... So in other words not only do I have to plan for a wedding, but I will be in nursing school! So prayers are greatly appreciated! LOL
